You can return items within 7 days from the date you receive them. Please note that minor imperfections like loose threads or small stains are not considered quality issues and won't be grounds for a return.

We ship from Hong Kong, where we can provide time-to-market styles to our beloved customers in the most timely manner. Unfortunately, we currently do NOT cover shipping costs to return at the moment. Customers are responsible to arrange the returning themselves (working on offering more friendly return policies tho!).

To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged, unworn, and include the original packaging and hangtags. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

*Important: We are committed to upholding high standards for our customers. We have a strict ZERO-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Any intentional misconduct or dishonesty will be reported to the local authorities.

 

 

How to Return an Item:

2.Include your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
3.Note that only ONE return request per order is permitted.
4.We will respond with return instructions within 48 business hours. Refunds     will be issued as e-gift cards, excluding original shipping fees. A $6 restocking fee per item will apply.

 

 

How to Cancel My Order:

You can request to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please email us to make your cancellation request.

Please note that a 5% processing fee of the total order value will apply for cancellations. Once your order starts processing in our system, we may not be able to modify it. Therefore, please review your order carefully before finalizing it, as we cannot accept changes once the order is in progress. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

How Returns Work:

Processing a return usually takes 2-3 weeks from the date the item is shipped to arrive at our warehouse, and an additional 2-3 weeks from the date we receive it to complete the processing.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued as e-gift cards for our brand, excluding the original shipping costs. A $6 restocking fee per item will also be applied.

 

Exchanges: 

We recognize that preferences can change and that sizes may not always be perfect. To make things easier for you, we offer a straightforward exchange process. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that exchanges are dependent on product availability.

Please note, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

 

Do You Offer Returns & Exchanges for Wholesale Orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. Wholesale items are typically sold at significantly discounted prices, with the understanding that these sales are final. This policy helps us manage financial risks and keep our pricing competitive.

To ensure satisfaction, we recommend purchasing a few items at the original retail price first to test the quality and fit before placing a wholesale order.
